I received some fresh fresh trout and I prepared a very tasty fish soup !!

  • 3 pastravi
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 300 g tomatoes in broth
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • dill

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


We start with the vegetables. We clean and finely chop the potatoes, onions and peppers.

Put a pot of water on the fire (3 l). Add the vegetables.

Let it boil.

We clean the fish, cut it into pieces and wash it.

When the vegetables are almost ready, add the fish. Add the finely chopped broth tomatoes. Season with salt and vinegar. When the fish is ready, add the finely chopped dill.

I didn't know that trout soup can be so tasty !! I served the fish with mujdei :)
