This is a recipe from Jamie Oliver, which I modified a little, to make it easier to cook for those who do not have much time.
I added ham + leek to the recipe, and the tomatoes I used are not ripe tomatoes but canned ones. You can also put black olives.

You don't need exact ingredients for this recipe. It's a dish you generally make when you don't know what to do with the ingredients you have in the fridge.

Ingredients like sauteed mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes wrapped in oil, can color a frittata and affect its final appearance (eggs no longer retain the golden, bright color) & # 8221.
