These meatballs are fried in a pan. Although I haven't tested them, they can certainly be baked in the oven on baking paper, shaped into balls, you can add grated cheese to them, but only in the oven baking version. Some of you fast only meat, the recipe contains only egg (sweet), so it suits you. - 300 g (potatoes + carrots + celery and parsley roots)

I wrote HERE, in the recipe for stuffed peppers, everything about the ingredients and how I consider that if you prepare this mixture of meats, it is practical to make meatball soup or stuffed peppers in the oven.
So, after you have the mixture ready, wet your hands and form round or oval meatballs, as you like, one centimeter thick. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pouring a few tablespoons of oil. Fry the meatballs on both sides until nicely browned, lightly caramelized, dark brown. They must have a crust on the outside and be juicy.

Mix all the ingredients very well until you get a homogeneous composition. From the prepared mixture, form small round meatballs and set them aside.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the finely chopped onion. Degrease with white wine and add the canned tomato pieces and beef stock soup.
Put the remaining spices and a teaspoon of sea salt in the sauce. Then carefully add the diced fresh tomatoes and meatballs and cook for about 40 minutes. Stir gently from time to time.
Advice: Serve these meatballs in red sauce with Farfalle pasta.

Preparation. Chop the meat in the food processor. Add the onion (I cut it in four and put it in the food processor), the eggs, the bran, the spices and the cheese and blend until the composition is homogeneous. From this composition we form balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter) which we place on baking paper in the tray. Put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees where we keep them for about 30-35 minutes (half the time you turn them).
