2 kilograms of canned tomatoes (I had several yellow cherry)

We wash the tomatoes well. Then cut them in half and remove the back, and each half slice it into 2-3 pieces - depending on how big the tomatoes are. If they are small, leave them in halves.

Next, the tomatoes were boiled for 30 minutes, we took the pan off the heat and now we use another magic tool & icircn kitchen - the vertical blender.

Nela's recipe is very good. You can make it without worries. You can only make tomato juice. It is crazy over the winter. You can put half a teaspoon of salt in each 800 ml jar of both tomatoes and juice.

I also make tomatoes out of these. I scald them, peel them and cut them into 6. I put them in wide-mouthed bottles and sterilize them for 30 minutes. No sugar and no preservative.
