In a bowl put flour, salt and oregano
We make a hole in the middle and put there the crushed yeast, the sugar and we start to add a little water to dissolve everything.
Then add the lard. Gradually add warm water and start kneading until you get a non-sticky dough.
Sprinkle a little flour over the dough, cover it with a clean napkin and let it rise in a warm place, away from currents until it doubles in volume.
We cut the salami into slices, we cut the shells into small pieces, we put the cheese on the grater with small meshes, we cut the hot pepper into rounds and we beat the egg well with a pinch of salt.
Remove the dough on the floured table and spread it in a rectangular sheet, which we place in a tray lined with baking paper.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the dough, put the beaten egg, place slices of salami, grated cheese and ghebele.
Put the tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until it starts to brown slightly on the edge.
Remove the pizza from the oven, place the hot pepper slices and leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Portion and serve.
