It is a salad with a special appearance and taste, I first ate it made with white cabbage and carrots at the Ramet monastery.
- 200 gr white cabbage
- 200 gr red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil

HOW TO PREPARE RECIPE salad with cabbage and carrot:
- the carrot is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces [with the robot].
- white cabbage and red cabbage are cleaned of withered leaves and cut into strips.
- mix the vegetables together with salt, pepper, oil, sugar and vinegar.
